One Steuart Lane is a luxury residential development on the famed Embarcadero waterfront in San Francisco, California. Our task was to brand the building from the ground up (except for the name, which was derived from its street location) and create a full website, promotional video, printed brochures, and keepsake books.
The work you see here was completed at Allis Studio in San Francisco, CA under the guidance of Creative Director Matthew Connolly.
The entire concept focused on the horizon line: where the water met the sky. Because the building sat on the last possible piece of land facing the Bay, it would never lose its coveted views. Hence the tagline and ethos was born:
The Waterfront is Yours. Forever.
“Sometimes, once in a lifetime lasts forever.”
I love to create photoshoot concepts, but I love to do casting even more.
And on some level, I know working with animals is expensive and stressful, but when you get to pet a Great Dane named Eve on set (and she looks great on film) it’s all worth it.
